Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original manuscripts that align with the aims and scope of this journal. All submissions will undergo an initial editorial assessment to ensure relevance, scholarly quality, and compliance with ethical and technical standards. Manuscripts deemed suitable will proceed to a double-blind peer review process prior to a final decision on acceptance or rejection.

Before submission, authors must obtain permission to publish any copyrighted or third-party material (e.g., photographs, documents, datasets) included in the manuscript. All authors listed on a submission must have given their explicit consent to be identified as co-authors. Where applicable, research involving human or animal participants must have received ethical clearance from an appropriate institutional review board, following the legal and ethical standards of the country in which the research was conducted.

Authors are expected to uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all stages of submission and publication. Manuscripts must represent original and unpublished work that is not under review or consideration elsewhere; simultaneous submissions are strictly prohibited. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of data, citations, and references, as well as for the transparent disclosure of data sources, methodologies, and funding information.

All listed authors must have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, execution, or interpretation of the study. Any change in authorship after submission requires written consent from all authors and approval by the Editorial Board. Authors must also disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its interpretation.

An editor may desk reject a manuscript that does not meet the minimum standards of academic quality or falls outside the journal’s scope. To improve the likelihood of acceptance, authors should ensure that the study design, argumentation, title, and abstract are clearly articulated and professionally structured.

Manuscripts may only be withdrawn through a formal written request to the Editorial Board. Once accepted for publication, withdrawal is strongly discouraged except under exceptional circumstances. When satisfied that your submission meets these standards, please consult the submission checklist to ensure compliance with all formatting and ethical requirements before final submission.

Citation and Formatting Styles

Authors are required to adhere to the citation and formatting conventions appropriate to their respective academic disciplines to ensure clarity, consistency, and scholarly rigor.

  • Social Sciences and Humanities: Use the APA 7th Edition citation style.
  • Philosophy and Theology: Use the Chicago/Turabian Author-Date Style.
  • Mathematics and Natural Sciences: Follow the recognized disciplinary citation format (e.g., IEEE, ACS, or equivalent).

Manuscripts must be single-spaced, using Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1-inch margins on all sides. Each submission must include an abstract of 200-250 words, followed by 3-5 keywords. Only non-English terms should be italicized. Authors are expected to use standard punctuation, grammatically correct sentences, and clear, scholarly language throughout the manuscript. Noncompliance with the prescribed citation or formatting requirements may result in the manuscript being returned to the author for revision prior to peer review.
